Hasleworks turns 2!

We opened our doors for business two years ago today!

And since then we have had the pleasure of meeting the many people who have come to @hasleworks for different reasons.

Huge thanks to our wonderful members who choose to work here. We love the variety of different business activities that take place under our roof. A new software product @zixtygo has been designed and developed here and we have a second software team, Seqrd Technology, developing an innovative safeguarding app.

Our brilliant members include photographer David Jensen, marketing expert 17 Verde, political communications consultant and author Ray Sadri, InsurTech company, Inzura, early years expert Cocoro and brand strategy expert Strategic Fusion.

There are many more who are valuing our new flexible price plans. And special thanks to those who have been great friends to us from the start including Feast, Michael Words2Go and PhD researcher, Candace.

We operate on a not for profit basis and our purpose is to deliver social and economic value to Haslemere and the surrounding area. So it is great to share the experience of starting a new enterprise with the friends we have made along the way including Olive & Bloom Grazing, Club Lunch, Green & Blue Studios, Ear Lab, The Home & Pet Visit Company, Bookings for You, Ark Skincare, R Michael Anderson, as well as artists Kirsty J Rouse, Amy Lou and photographers Suzannah Ginders and Heather Chuter.

We were delighted to welcome Kitty Aycinena, who is also a trustee of The Fernhurst Hub to our team in March.

During the last two years we have hosted local charities and community activities including the first meeting of Haslemere for Ukraine, the Love Haslemere Hate Waste’s #greatgreengettogether, the Cancer Research Shop’s Christmas sale and a reception for the new Cancer and Surgical Innovation Centre at the Royal Surrey County Hospital.

We are looking forward to continuing to play our unique role in Haslemere’s beautiful town centre.
