New software system has landed!

We have moved to a new system called ClubRight for bookings and membership management.

We realised when we introduced our new flexible pricing that we needed a straightforward system like the ones used gyms and yoga studios. You buy a plan, say 10 days, book your workspace for the day and the system tells you how many credits you have left. It’s that simple.

So after looking at various club management systems we selected ClubRight, an Essex-based company with brilliant local support. Admittedly the lovely people at ClubRight have designed their system for gyms, yoga and Pilates studios, health clubs and the like. But rather than branch into yoga and boxing (we haven’t got room!) we thought we’d leave that to the our local experts in Haslemere, including CYC:D just round the corner from us, Green & Blue Studios and, soon to open, Pilates from Within at Uniq Physique.

Back to co-working. If you haven’t tried it before it is a great way to work near home but not at home. You can sign up by following the link in bio and either ‘Access Online Shop’ and select your plan or go to ‘Make a Booking’, select your date and then select the plan that suits you. And there is NO EXPIRY on the new plans. You can buy 10 days and use them over the next two months or the next two years.
