Introduction

HasleWorks Co-Working CIC (“HasleWorks”) is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15686194 and our Registered Address is 2-4 Petworth Road, Haslemere, GU27 2HR

HasleWorks is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and respectful environment, allowing everyone to thrive in their work. We maintain minimal rules, trusting members to act thoughtfully and responsibly.

Description of Services

HasleWorks offers flexible shared office space for individuals and small teams seeking a professional work environment. Our meeting room is available for hire to members and non-members and we also provide Virtual Office and Registered Address services, either directly or through our partners.

By becoming a member or booking facilities at HasleWorks, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated at any time without notice. Services may be withheld if fees are outstanding or if other terms are violated.

Access & Facilities

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6 PM. Additional access may be arranged in advance.

Purchasing desk space grants members access to our co-working space during opening hours on a first-come, first-served basis. Only customers Unlimited or Bespoke members may reserve desks.

Access is subject to availability, and HasleWorks reserves the right to manage capacity for optimal member experience. Access to facilities is provided on a reasonable efforts basis. Members should report any issues.

Internet access is for lawful use only. Sharing security codes or passwords with non-members is prohibited. HasleWorks is not liable for any loss due to internet service disruptions.

Guests
Members may invite guests but must accompany them at all times. You are responsible for their behaviour. A daily charge applies for guest access, payable by either party.

Meeting Rooms
Meeting room bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. The meeting room cannot be substituted for workspace. If the Meeting Room remains unoccupied 15 minutes after the booking time, it will be made available to others. Bookings are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours and will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

Virtual Office & Registered Address Services

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
You will not misuse services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may harm HasleWorks or other users. Misuse includes but is not limited to:

  • Exceeding your membership limits.

  • Engaging in spam or illegal activities.

  • Harassing or threatening others.

  • Distributing inappropriate materials.

  • Uploading harmful software, including introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

  • Violating any laws or codes of conduct.

Invoicing and Payment
Unlimited and Bespoke Membership and Virtual Office and Registered Address services are invoiced monthly in advance. Meeting room fees are due upon receipt. Casual usage payments should be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Renewals and Terminations
Memberships renew automatically unless terminated with 30 days' written notice. Non-compliance with these terms may result in termination. Refunds for unused periods are prorated after deducting any pending charges.

Safety, Security & Insurance
HasleWorks carries insurance but is not liable for personal property loss. We ask that members check their own insurance policies cover equipment away from home. 

Members are responsible for their own IT equipment and should have their own virus protection software. Members should secure their data and report any lost access devices immediately.

General
These terms do not create a landlord-tenant relationship. Petworth Road Ltd owns the premises, and you must adhere to the guidelines laid out by HasleWorks Co-Working CIC. English law governs these terms.

Limitation of Liability
HasleWorks is not liable for any loss or delay of mail or items beyond its control. Claims related to co-working services should be directed to HasleWorks.

Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding fees must be settled upon termination.

Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to its courts.
