Michael is a senior UX Content Designer/Strategist at his company Words2Go. A Surrey resident for nearly 20 years, he grew up in Sonoma County, California and today calls Haslemere home.

“Basically I solve problems creatively", he says. "As a writer, through the years I’ve launched dozens of new products, services, sites, apps and events for companies as diverse as PayPal, John Lewis, BT, Pret and Virgin, rebranded old ones, and increased the sales of hundreds of others using a wide variety of traditional and digital techniques.”
