Meet SchoolsMobile

The SchoolsMobile team are putting our meeting room to good use as they continue to develop and market their brilliant new app. They have set out to make it easy and simple for parents to put cyber safeguards and controls in place to ensure that their children have a safe, balanced and positive engagement with technology. They work with schools and related associations to help put in place age-based safeguarding policies, appreciating the need for a joint effort with parents. 

Two of the company’s founders are parents themselves and they developed SchoolsMobile to address the complexity normally associated with online protection. The result is that it takes less than 90 seconds for a parent to implement age-appropriate category and app controls and enterprise-grade threat protection using the app. The policies are flexible and empower parents to vary them as a child matures. The app, which can be installed on almost any internet-connected device, also includes a reporting function which gives parents ready access to the effectiveness of the app.

Three of the founding directors, Hoong Kwan, Neil Buirski and Neil Pollock, are pictured here with team members Kelly and Katie, using HasleWork’s audio visual collaboration suite to connect with colleagues, Phil and Robin, in other parts of the country. We are genuinely delighted that such valuable and innovative technology is being developed here and that the team uses HasleWorks several times per week. We wish them great success!
