Meet Kitty Aycinena

We are delighted to introduce Kitty who joined our team this month

Kitty brings a wealth of administrative experience, having run the offices of local businesses. And as residents of Fernhurst well know, she has made a massive contribution to the village community. As a volunteer for Fernhurst Pre-School, she helped manage the project to move it the Pre-School to new, purpose-built accommodation based at the primary school, writing and developing its business plan to secure funding and then later chairing the management committee . 

Kitty earned a Diploma in Strategic Marketing in 2017 and applied her expertise to help The Fernhurst Hub to reach new audiences. She remains a driving force there and has joined the board as a trustee. She combines her time as Office Administrator HasleWorks with a part time role at the Global Partnership team at the University for the Creative Arts. 

A graduate in Latin American Studies from the University of Liverpool, Kitty is a fluent Spanish speaker and was born in Chile. She has lived in Fernhurst for most of her adult life and loves where she lives.
