Great Green Get Together a Great Success!

HasleWorks looked very different on Saturday, March 18th when we hosted Haslemere's Great Green Get Together

It was buzzing with displays from at least 9 different community groups, the lovely voices of St Bart’s School choir and a full agenda of talks. “Bringing back the Beaver” attracted quite an audience and what a fascinating story it was.

The day was a reminder of the fantastic community spirit we have in Haslemere and just how much voluntary effort goes into making the town such a wonderful place to live.

It was always our plan that HasleWorks would be a place to bring people together as a hub of ideas and activity, motivated not by profit (when we make one we will donate it to local causes) but because we believe in strong communities.
